Clients with existing management systems in place may need assistance converting data into a format compatible with the STARS application. CareSmart Solutions is available to assist clients with this conversion so they may begin using the application as quickly as possible.

Phone Support
CareSmart Solutions is available to answer questions which may develop during the program launch. Application experts trained in the operation and use of the STARS program field questions concerning set up and use.

System Integration
Clients are often interested in using STARS in conjunction with an existing system. CareSmart Solutions experts can help system administrators integrate existing and new systems so the flow of information is seamless and uninterrupted.

Consulting
Backed by industry knowledge and technical prowess, CareSmart Solutions experts are available to help the multiple or single center organization analyze their specific needs. Once identified, these same experts can recommend solutions that streamline the center management process.

Training
CareSmart Solutions offers administrator and user training in two formats dependent upon the needs of the individual client. Online training is available for individual users or groups to learn basic navigation and functions of the STARS application, as well as special in depth training on specific areas within the system. In-person training is also available for individuals or groups at CareSmart offices or at the client site.

Custom Configuration
While STARS has been developed with the input of child care management experts, CareSmart Solutions recognizes some clients may require custom features. CareSmart Solutions will work with your Technology Team to incorporate features based on your specifications
