N. Ross Buckenham, CEO - CareSmart Solutions

Mr. Buckenham  is a 25 year general management veteran and builder of multiple technology ventures both public and private.  His experience spans the latest technologies including web enabled and packaged software systems, retail merchandising software, customer service systems, wholesale distribution systems, wireless messaging, renewable energy and classified military technologies.  He was intimately involved at the most senior management levels in companies such as WebLink Wireless, Retek, CellStar, Advanced Oxygen and Bain & Company.  His passionate pursuit of CareSmart's mission to bring simpler, more powerful and affordable, web enabled, on-demand child care technology to child care professionals is what he lives for other than his passionate pursuit to be a great father and husband.

Brad Lee, Vice President, Software Engineering and Development

Mr. Lee brings over 20 years of software system development experience to CareSmart, managing software development from inception to implementation and maintenance. He recently served as the VP of Engineering at eGistics, Inc. providing high-speed document imaging, storage systems and databases as well as delivery of image content to customers via web applications.
