Dallas, TX – August 31, 2010 – CareSmart Solutions LLC, the leading innovator of online, integrated, business management software for multi-site child care operations, today announced that Bright Horizons Family Solutions successfully completed its integration and deployment engagement with CareSmart for their new web-based child care management and POS system.

Bright Horizons, which operates over 600 child care and early education centers, has now deployed into operations its "BrightSTAR" version of CareSmart's "STARS" web based center management and point of sale solution.  Several hundred centers are on-line and all centers will be shortly as the PC based legacy center management application is retired from operation.

"Our engagement with CareSmart delivered us a spectacular and mature application which is working extremely well and requires little support.  Because of its reliability we have been able to focus our efforts on on-boarding new centers and rolling out the application.  CareSmart delivered us a high quality package that is delivering consistent performance and which, despite it being a brand new application for us, is currently the most reliable and best performing IT project in our portfolio" said Mr. Dave Shaby, Senior Vice President of Business Operations.  He added: "We are pleased with the benefits we are receiving, it was a smart investment, other multi site child care centers operators should take a close look at implementing CareSmart as they upgrade away from legacy PC based applications to secure the advantages of a web based system."

Gartner study shows strong trend towards businesses switching to online software services.

Dallas, Texas - February 5, 2009 - The recent Gartner study on the Software as a Service (SaaS) enterprise application market shows a strong trend towards businesses switching from on-premise software applications to online software services. Web-based SaaS systems offer benefits over on-premise software with lower start up costs, no software to update or maintain, and accessibility that is extended to anywhere over the Internet. Nearly 90% of organizations expect to maintain or grow their usage of SaaS, with more than one-third transitioning from on-premise software to SaaS offerings in the near future. Key drivers of the transition include lower total cost of ownership and increased performance expectations as companies look for greater efficiencies, according to the Gartner study.

CareSmart's integrated solution (STARS) can be customized and licensed for large enterprises and is accompanied by a full range of support services. The system is also available as a SaaS subscription offering for smaller organizations.  This option provides customers with an advanced multi-site child care management solution with all its advantages at an affordable price where the monthly savings can more than offset costs. The intuitive and proactive nature of the system, convenient centralized information and enhanced communications through the parent portal combine to reduce the center's administrative workload, allowing staff to focus more time on building relationships with the children and families they serve.

SaaS is Proving to be The Standard Industry Delivery Model

Greenwich, CT- September 3, 2009-"Over the past couple of years Software as a Service, (SaaS) has emerged as the clear direction of enterprise application software. The concept of having software customers host and be responsible for maintaining their own software just doesn't make sense anymore, so they are focusing on core competencies and letting the vendors do maintenance and updates on the software, and take control of the system. We see the software industry moving in that direction", according to Brad Mook Analyst MKM Partners LLC.

CareSmart's integrated solution (STARS) is SaaS delivered and available as a subscription.  It is accompanied by a full range of support services.  STARS allows center directors to focus more time on building relationships with the children and families they serve.  STARS can also be customized and licensed for large enterprises.
